My journey to Tiney Bloom and Grow
After more than 20 years dedicated to childcare in nurseries, I wanted to create a more personalised and focused space where children can really blossom. That's what inspired me to start Kim's Tiney Bloom and Grow Childcare. There's nothing more rewarding than watching children learn, grow, and flourish in a space where they feel truly cared for and supported.
Building strong, trusting relationships with both children and families is at the heart of my practice. I work closely with parents and carers to ensure each child feels settled, understood, and valued as they grow and develop in my care.

When children feel secure, they’re free to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. I make sure to tailor my care and activities to each child’s unique needs, ensuring they get the attention and support that helps them blossom.
Experience and qualifications you can trust
You can feel confident and reassured knowing your child is in safe and caring hands. I am fully qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in the Early Years Workforce and am committed to keeping my knowledge and skills up to date.
I am DBS checked, trained in paediatric first aid, and keep my safeguarding training current at all times. This means your child is cared for in a safe, secure, and well-supported environment where their wellbeing always comes first.
